Q: Do you ship to…

A: Yes, I do! As long it is on planet earth, I will send it to you. Choose your country at checkout. <3

Q: I saw a drawing on your Instagram/FB profile I love. Can I buy it although it's not on the webshop?

A: First of all, thank you! Yes, probably you can.  Please send me an e-mail and we will figure it out. 

Q: Do you do custom made orders?

A: Well, it depends. Some projects I love to do, but others don't "feel right" for me. So please don't feel offended if I don't say yes to your idea, there probably is another artist perfect for the job! But send me an e-mail and we will figure it out together. ;)

Q: Can you draw me a tattoo?

A: It really depends but thank you for asking, there are a few that wear art by me on their skin and it makes me really happy. But it depends on the tattoo artist you are going to work with, not everyone will ink you with art made by someone else. But if your tattoo artist is fine with it, email me your idea and let's see. We need to be sure that I can draw it and then I will send you a price that has to be paid before I begin working on it. So send me an e-mail and we’ll figure it out. :) 

Q: What do I do if my product is damaged?

A: Fortunately, that has never happened before. But if it does, just let me know and I will find out the best solution for you. I want you to be happy with your purchase. You might have to send me the product back, and I will offer you the appropriate substitute or solution. 

Q: Do you refund my money?

A: yes, of course. As long as the product is undamaged and in its original packaging you have 30 days to get your money refunded. Send me an e-mail and let me know and I will guide you through the process.

Q: Do I have to have the original packaging if I return the product?

Yes, please. It is important if you want to return a product, that it is very carefully wrapped in the original packaging. If the original packaging somehow got damaged, you will have to pay for new packaging, to return the product in, in order to get your money back. Read more about our refund policy.
